Shipping / Pick Up / Delivery

Current turnaround times range from 2 to 4 weeks. Items will ship as soon as they are ready, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days via USPS.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. We cannot control shipping times and can only provide the estimated delivery dates given by USPS.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered items due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
Express Mail is the only guaranteed shipping method, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days. It is available for an additional fee upon request.
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, we will contact you. You will have 10 business days to provide the correct shipping details. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, the shipment will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS Track & Confirm customer service at 1-800-222-1811. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders.
