2025 Shop Update

We are currently not accepting new customer orders (TBD), but we're actively working on launching our new website and Etsy shop. We're also restocking Buffy’s Gift Barn with fresh new items!

We are excited to work with you to create the perfect custom item—whether for yourself, as a gift, or for your business!

★ Order Policies & Information

  • No customer-supplied items – We no longer accept customer-supplied shirts, tumblers, or other items.

  • Turnaround time varies – Excludes weekends and holidays. You will be contacted when your order is being processed.

  • Response time – Please allow up to 3 business days for replies. I typically respond during normal business hours(not weekends). However, in rare cases, I may message in the early morning, evening, or on weekends—especially if I need clarification on an order with a deadline.

  • No phone orders – We do not take or discuss orders over the phone. Communication is handled via social media, email, or text.

  • Order request form required – This form must be completed for your order to be valid. We reserve the right to decline or cancel/refund orders at our discretion.

  • Payment & deposits – Payment is due upfront via online methods (no cash or checks). Since all items are custom-made, cancellations and returns are not available.

    • Orders $200+ are eligible for a deposit. All other orders must be paid in full.

  • Work will not begin until payment is received.

★ Pricing & Customization

  • Bulk order discounts – Available for 12 or more of the same item.

  • Resale – If you wish to resell Odin’s Compass LLC items, you must inform us and provide a valid resale license.

  • Personalization – If customization details (e.g., colors, sizes, spelling) are not provided at the time of order, it may cause delays.

  • Custom design fee – A $5 non-refundable design deposit applies if I need to create a new design from scratch. I will notify you if this applies to your order.

★ Rush Orders & Invoicing

  • Rush orders – If you need your order by a specific date, you must notify us at the time of purchase. A $15 rush feemay apply, depending on the timeframe. You may also choose to pay the rush fee to prioritize your order.

  • Invoice deadlines – If payment is not made within two weeks of invoicing, your order request will be deleted. You will need to resubmit your form to be added back to the order list.

★ Pickup & Shipping

  • Local pickup – Available at Buffy’s Gift Barn of Paradise.

  • Shipping – U.S. only.

★ Customer Satisfaction

We stand by our products 100%. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
